Do I need to know how to code? +

Which channels are supported? +
Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and Discord. Pick a channel when you add a bot and connect its credentials — the same visual editor and scenario model work across all of them.
Where do I get a bot token? +
For Telegram: open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow two prompts — it replies with a token, paste it into Flowa. Other channels use their own credential flow (signing secret, access token, …), shown in the add-bot form.
Is my bot token safe? +
The token is encrypted with a dedicated AWS KMS key the moment it arrives and is never shown or logged again.
How do I collect answers from people? +
Add a Question node — the reply is saved into a variable. Chain a few of them and you have a survey; Condition nodes let you branch on the answers.
What happens when I hit the message limit? +
The bot pauses softly — no crashes, no lost data. Upgrade to Pro for 50,000 messages a month or wait for the next month.
