Flowa exists so businesses and communities can talk to their audience. It must not be used to harm people. Using Flowa you agree not to create or operate bots that:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• run phishing, scams or impersonate other people, brands or services;
• distribute malware or links to it;
• collect personal data deceptively or without a lawful basis;
• violate the terms of service of the platform you connect (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams or Discord) or applicable law.

Broadcasts may only be sent to people who started a conversation with your bot themselves. We monitor abuse signals (complaint rates, delivery failures) and may pause or terminate offending bots and accounts without prior notice.
