The service

Flowa lets you build and run chatbots on Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams and Discord without code. You keep full ownership of the bots, scenarios and data you create. We provide the platform "as is", with reasonable effort towards availability but without an uptime guarantee on the Free plan.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 1 bot and 1,000 messages per month. The Pro plan ($19/month) includes 10 bots and 50,000 messages per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly by Paddle, our merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards. If Flowa was materially unusable during your first 14 days on Pro, email us and we will refund the payment in full. Refund requests are handled within 5 business days via Paddle.

Fair use and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or attempt to disrupt the service. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your bots, tokens and collected data.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowa's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Flowa is an independent product and is not affiliated with Telegram, Slack, Microsoft or Discord.
